What we look after.
Not every phone on the bench is the latest flagship — and that's perfectly fine. We regularly see Oppo, OnePlus, Motorola, Nokia, Huawei, Xiaomi and Sony handsets come through the door, alongside older or business-issue phones nobody else wants to touch. Whatever you're carrying, the approach is the same: a proper diagnosis, a plain explanation of what's gone wrong, and a tidy repair backed by a warranty.
