A calmer kind of

CCFix started with a simple idea: treat every device that lands on the bench like it's the only one its owner has got — because to them, it usually is.
How we got here
CCFix is a small, Sydney-based repair bench that grew out of a straightforward frustration: too many repair counters rush the diagnosis, talk over your head, and hand devices back in worse shape than they promised. We wanted somewhere that did the opposite — slow down, explain things plainly, and do the job properly the first time.
These days we look after phones, laptops, tablets and desktops for people right across Sydney's west — Merrylands, Parramatta, Guildford, Granville, Harris Park, Westmead and the suburbs in between — plus a steady stream of regulars who've simply found us to be the easiest place to deal with.
What guides the work
We're not chasing volume, and we're not the cheapest counter in town. We're aiming for something steadier: devices that come back working properly, customers who understand what was actually wrong, and a shop people are happy to walk back into.
- We look before we promise. Every job starts with a proper, free diagnosis — we'll tell you what's wrong before we touch a screwdriver, and you decide from there.
- We use the right part for the job. Quality where it matters, a sensible option where it makes sense — never a mystery part chosen purely to save a dollar.
- We explain, we don't bamboozle. Plain words, straight answers, and time for your questions.
- We stand behind what we do. Every repair leaves with a warranty — if something's not right, bring it back and we'll sort it.
What lands on our bench
Cracked screens and tired batteries are the bread and butter, but the bench sees plenty else besides — charging faults, water damage, slow and glitchy machines, laptops that won't start, and the occasional puzzle that needs a proper think. If it plugs in, lights up, or used to, there's a fair chance we can help — and if we genuinely can't, we'll say so honestly rather than waste your time.
Beyond the repair bench
We also keep a small, hand-picked counter of accessories — cases, cables, chargers, screen protectors and the other bits that quietly make a device easier to live with. Nothing piled high just to fill shelf space; just the things we'd be happy to put on our own phones and laptops.
