Every job starts with a free diagnosis — sometimes what looks like a dead screen is something smaller, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you a display you don't need. If it does need replacing, we fit a quality AMOLED display, keep your fingerprint reader working as it should, and test touch, colour and brightness before handover. On the Ultra we also make sure the S Pen behaves exactly as before.
